Operations Coordinator & Office Assistant

Miami, FL - Onsite/Remote

1 OAK Studios is seeking a well spoken professional who can help us give the absolute best customer support to our clients. Duties will also include optimizing our projects, scheduling and helping to coordinate the many moving parts of our company.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate photoshoots and ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage administrative tasks and support management.

  • Aid in event planning and implementation.

  • Keep social media and operational files organized.

  • Gather and relay feedback across the company.

  • Analyze and enhance departmental processes.

  • Resolve production issues effectively.

  • Utilize strong time management and multitasking skills.

  • Build relationships with clients and maintain clear communication.

  • Oversee administrative duties, including call management, emails, and file organization.

  • Offer support for team events and miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficient with CRM tools, Gmail, Excel, and Slack.

  • Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Adept at or eager to learn real estate photography services.

  • Ability to move 30 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
