To receive our media pricing, simply enter the address and square footage of your property on our booking page. You'll then be presented with a range of services and our scheduling options.

For rescheduling, please use your portal account to make changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling on the same day or made late will incur a $50 fee. Any applicable travel fees will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee for same-day, late, or on-site cancellations.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is ready at the arranged time. please view our pre-shoot checklist

Creating quality content takes time. Once on site, 1 OAK Studios will need 1-4 hours depending on the services requested. Delays that may arise could affect or jeopardize the production schedule and turnaround time for delivery.

In order to provide the Client with the best service and support at reasonable pricing, 1 OAK Studios does not sell exclusive rights to the Work Product

Only the Client has permission to use the delivered photos and video on any electronic or printed forms of advertisement for the promotion of the listing. for the duration of the listing agreement.

It is prohibited to resale, transfer, or simply give photography or video to another real estate agent or person who take over an expired or withdrawn listing.

You are granted a limited, sub-licensable license to utilize the Media Services exclusively for the following purposes:

(1) promoting the respective property during the active listing period (excluding future listings for the same property).

(2) submitting a listing to a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for publication and use in connection with the MLS or Service Compilation, as defined by each MLS, over which the MLS asserts copyright;

(3) inclusion in comparables to aid in pricing homes and creating comparative market analyses (CMAs); and

(4) integration into marketing materials for your professional real estate or photography services.
