1 OAK Studios is looking for a Social Media Manager to help manage, grow, and elevate the online presence of our clients and our internal brands. This position is responsible for planning content, managing posting schedules, creating captions, coordinating with the production team, reviewing deliverables, and making sure each account feels polished, consistent, and on-brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, luxury branding, real estate, visual storytelling, and client communication.

Main Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts for 1 OAK Studios and assigned clients.

Create and maintain monthly content calendars.

Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Write captions that match each client’s voice, brand, and market.

Coordinate with the photo, video, and editing teams to make sure content is delivered on time.

Review videos, reels, graphics, and captions before posting.

Organize client assets, media folders, brand notes, and posting schedules.

Communicate with clients regarding content approvals, feedback, and upcoming campaigns.

Help develop social media strategies for real estate agents, brokerages, developers, and brands.

Identify content opportunities from property shoots, events, listings, behind-the-scenes moments, and client milestones.

Monitor account performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Prepare simple performance reports when needed.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, reel formats, audio trends, and content styles.

Make sure every post represents the quality and image of 1 OAK Studios.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.

Excellent writing and caption-writing skills.

Strong eye for luxury branding, design, photography, video, and aesthetics.

Ability to organize multiple accounts and deadlines at once.

Strong communication skills with both clients and internal team members.

Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.

Understanding of real estate marketing is preferred.

Ability to create or guide short-form content ideas.

Comfortable working with content calendars, scheduling tools, shared folders, and project management systems.

Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.

Professional, reliable, and organized.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, real estate agents, luxury brands, or personal brands.

Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, carousels, and short-form video content.

Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.

Experience writing captions for luxury real estate, lifestyle, architecture, interior design, or hospitality.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.

Understanding of hashtags, SEO captions, hooks, calls to action, and engagement strategy.

Experience preparing monthly reports or social media analytics summaries.
