By accessing this website and placing a booking with 1 OAK Studios you agree and accept these terms and conditions in full.
HOW 1 OAK STUDIOS WORKS
BOOKING:
Booking with 1 OAK Studios is quick and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Book Online or Contact Us – Use our online booking portal to schedule your shoot, or reach out via phone, email, or text for custom requests. booking@1oakstudios.com 786.509.9992 mon - fri 10am - 6pm
2️⃣ Confirm Details – We’ll confirm the date, time, location, and any special requests. If property access needs coordination (lockbox, agent on-site, etc.), let us know in advance.
3️⃣ Shoot Day – Our team arrives on time and ready to capture stunning visuals. Make sure the space is clean and staged for the best results!
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your expectations of working with us means that you want the absolute best, In return we expect the same from our clients. It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is ready at the arranged time. please view our pre-shoot checklist
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, clients are responsible for:
Property Access – Providing clear instructions for entry (lockbox codes, gate access, on-site contact, etc.). If we can’t access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Approvals & Permissions – Ensuring all necessary permissions from the property owner are secured before the shoot. please read “PROPERTY OWNER APPROVAL & AUTHORIZED USE”
Clear Communication – Providing accurate details, special requests, and any changes before the scheduled appointment to avoid delays.
By handling these details in advance, we can focus on delivering top-tier visuals—fast and hassle-free!
Preparing for Your Shoot 🎬
To ensure a smooth, efficient, and distraction-free session, please have the property 100% ready before our arrival—not during. This allows us to focus on capturing the best visuals and keeps us on schedule.
What You Need to Know:
🚫 No Overlapping Appointments
For the best results, please do not schedule other service providers (e.g., plumbers, cleaners, pool maintenance, contractors, stagers, or other photographers/videographers) at the same time as your 1 OAK Studios shoot.
Multiple crews on-site cause delays, distractions, and interruptions that can affect the final content quality.
If we arrive and the property is not ready due to overlapping appointments, we may proceed as-is or require a reschedule (fees apply).
✅ We Do Not Handle Cleaning or Staging
1 OAK Studios does not clean, declutter, rearrange furniture, or move personal items (e.g., bathroom products, decor). While we may adjust small objects for the best shot, our time is dedicated to photography—not tidying up.
✅ Property Must Be Ready or Shot As-Is
If the property isn’t prepared, we can shoot it as-is if the agent approves. Otherwise, a reschedule will be required (rescheduling fees apply—see our cancellation & postponement policy).
✅ Signs & On-Site Safety
We do not move or remove property signs.
The Client must ensure the property is safe and free of hazards for our team.
✅ Pets & Special Requests
If there are pets on-site, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
By default, we do not shoot utility rooms or closets—please request them in advance if needed.
✅ Weather & Rescheduling
If bad weather is expected, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Last-minute cancellations or postponements may result in a charge or loss of the booking fee.
By following these guidelines, we can provide the best possible content while keeping everything efficient and professional.
TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY:
Creating high-quality content takes time. Depending on the services requested, 1 OAK Studios typically needs 2-6 hours on-site. Any delays on-site may impact the production schedule and final delivery time.
Below is our standard turnaround time for each service:
📸 Photography
HDR Photos – 2 business days
Professional Photos – 3 business days (Some homes requiring extra detail, they may take longer to ensure quality)
Luxury / Architectural / Interior Design Photos – 4 business days (Project timelines vary based on complexity)
Twilight / Virtual Twilight Photos – 48 hours
Virtual Staging Photos – 2-3 business days (Third-party processing involved)
🎬 Videos
30-45 sec Highlight Videos & Reels – 1-2 business days
1-2 min Cinematic Videos – 2-3 business days
1-3 min Luxury Videos – 3-5 business days
Creative Projects – 7-15 business days (Timeline varies based on complexity)
🏡 Other Services
2D Floor Plans – 1 business day
3D Virtual Tours (Matterport) – 1 business day
3D Matterport Virtual Tours include free hosting for 3 months.
After 3 months, 3D Matterport Virtual Tours will be archived and the branded and unbranded links will no longer be active.
Extra hosting is available for $60 for another 3 months.
Dedicated Property Websites – 24 hours (After all content is created)
Photo Revision Requests – 1 business day ($10/photo, object removal fees apply)
Video Revision Requests – 1-2 business days (One complimentary revision; $100 per additional revision)
Virtual Renovations – 5-7 business days
⚡ Rush Edits (Subject to Availability)
Photo Rush Delivery – Starts at $100 (Consultation required before the shoot)
Video Rush Delivery – Starts at $250 (Consultation required before the shoot)
🚨 Rush services are not always guaranteed and must be arranged in advance with our team.
By setting clear expectations, we can ensure top-tier quality and timely delivery while keeping our workflow efficient!
DELIVERY, DATA STORAGE & RESPONSIBILITY:
At 1 OAK Studios, we provide secure access to your final files, but it is the client’s responsibility to download and store them safely.
Limited-Time Availability – Files are available for a limited time after delivery, so please download and back them up immediately.
No Long-Term Storage – Long-term file storage is not included in our pricing, and we do not guarantee that files will be accessible after the initial delivery period.
Archived File Retrieval – If you need us to retrieve older files, additional fees may apply, and availability is not guaranteed.
Data Security – 1 OAK Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted files after delivery.
🔹 To prevent loss, we highly recommend saving your content in multiple locations, such as an external hard drive, cloud storage, or a dedicated backup system.

All revisions are handled at our discretion and are subject to feasibility, and applicable fees.
Standard photo editing is included in our pricing. However, additional Photoshop edits—such as modifications beyond basic color correction and retouching—may incur additional fees and are handled on a case-by-case basis or level of complexity.

Our property videos typically follow this format:

If you require a specific format or custom edits, you must provide detailed instructions before the shoot begins.
After content is delivered, clients have 2 business days to request changes (limit 2 revisions).
After 2 business days, the project will be considered final, and any additional revisions will be subject to a fee of $100/hour.
BOOKKEEPING:
1 OAK Studios keeps track of all your orders in our client portal, but we do not manage client accounting or invoicing records.
🔹 We strongly encourage all clients to maintain their own expense records to track payments and services.
SOLICITATION:
Clients may not directly or indirectly:
Solicit or attempt to solicit any 1 OAK Studios employee or contractor to leave their position.
Hire or attempt to hire a current or former 1 OAK Studios employee or contractor without our express written consent.
Violations of this policy may result in legal action and/or termination of service agreements.
TRAVEL COSTS:
Our travel fees cover time, fuel, and expenses for our team to bring high-quality content creation to your location. Travel costs are calculated round trip from our headquarters:

Standard Travel Rates
0 – 20 miles → No charge
21 – 50 miles → $0.50 per mile
51 – 100 miles → $1.50 per mile
101 – 200 miles → $2.00 per mile
201 – 300 miles → $3.00 per mile
301 – 400 miles → $4.00 per mile
🏨 Lodging & Extended Travel
If a project requires more than 2 hours of travel one way and includes a sunrise shoot, overnight lodging will be required and added to the final invoice.
✈️ Out-of-State Travel
For projects outside of Florida, the client is responsible for:
Airfare for all necessary team members
Lodging accommodations for the duration of the project
Local transportation (car rentals, rideshare, etc.)
All travel-related expenses will be discussed and approved with the client before booking to ensure transparency.

🚗 Valet & Parking Fees
If a property or shoot location requires paid parking or valet services, the Client is responsible for covering these costs.
Parking fees, valet charges, or any other access-related costs must be reimbursed to 1 OAK Studios.
If pre-arranged parking is required, the Client must provide clear instructions or cover validation in advance.
Any delays caused by parking restrictions may impact the shoot schedule and could result in additional fees if extra time is needed.
SUNDAY FEE:
Sunday shoots are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Since Sundays are a designated day off for our team, a $200 fee per photographer will apply to accommodate overtime.
This fee ensures that our Creative Specialists are fairly compensated for working outside of standard business hours.
LEGAL TERMS AND POLICIES
Terms of Service – Rights, Responsibilities & Expectations
By booking a service with 1 OAK Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of our content, client responsibilities, and our business policies. These terms help ensure a smooth experience for both parties and protect the integrity of our work.
PAYMENT & FEES FOR NON COMPLIANCE:
A 50% deposit is due at booking, if the deposit is not made, we cannot add you to our schedule.
Full payment is due at download, unless otherwise agreed upon for special circumstances. By booking a service with 1 OAK Studios, you agree to the payment schedule outlined in your quote/order and the following late fee policy:
Payments overdue past the due date may incur a 10% per month late fee at our discretion.
Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in project delivery or suspension of future services until payment is received.
Timely communication is essential to keep projects on schedule. If a project is delayed due to lack of response from the client, the following terms apply:
If we do not receive a response within 5 business days regarding necessary approvals, revisions, or next steps, the project will be considered completed as-is, and any further work may be subject to additional fees.
If a client is unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be archived, and a reactivation fee may be required to resume work.
Outstanding invoices must still be paid in full, regardless of client response time.
To avoid delays, we recommend providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the project. If you anticipate delays on your end, please notify us in advance.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to keep operations running smoothly, the following policies apply:
📢 Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Clients must notify 1 OAK Studios at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $200 fee per creative specialist assigned to the project or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
For full-day bookings, cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $400 per creative specialist in addition to any applicable fees we incurred for the production or pre-production.
🚫 Missed or Delayed Appointments
If our team arrives on-site but is unable to complete the shoot (e.g., no access, property not ready), a $200 fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit will apply.
If an appointment is delayed by more than 30 minutes, a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged. Our team must leave at the scheduled end time if another appointment follows, and rescheduling will be required.
Reschedules are subject to availability at standard rates.
🏡 Property Not Ready & Return Visits
If a property is not ready upon arrival and a return visit is required, it will be considered a postponement, and a $200 fee or forfeiture of the deposit will apply.
Reschedules will be accommodated based on availability at our standard rates.
WEATHER POLICY:
Weather conditions can impact the quality of outdoor shoots. While 1 OAK Studios can offer guidance, the final decision on whether to proceed rests with the client.
Client Options for Bad Weather:
✅ Proceed with the Shoot – If the client chooses to move forward despite weather conditions, 1 OAK Studios will do its best to complete the project. No refunds or complimentary reshoots will be provided for content affected by weather.
✅ Reschedule in Advance – If bad weather is expected, the client may reschedule at least 24 hours before the shoot to avoid rescheduling fees (subject to availability).
✅ Additional Outdoor Production – If outdoor reshoots are needed on a separate day, standard rescheduling rates will apply.
Same-Day Weather Reschedules:
If weather conditions unexpectedly prevent us from completing the shoot, a rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.
Rescheduling is subject to availability at standard rates.
Important Notes:
Overcast skies, light rain, or wind do not automatically qualify for reschedules unless conditions make shooting impossible.
1 OAK Studios is not responsible for weather-related outcomes if the client chooses to proceed with the shoot.
RESHOOT AND PICK-UP SHOOTS POLICY:
Reshoots and pick-up shoots may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the amount of extra time spent on-site and the nature of the request.
Requesting a Reshoot
If you have any concerns about your content, please notify us within 4 business days of your shoot date.
After 4 business days, the project will be considered final, and any reshoots or revisions will be charged at standard rates.
Reshoots and pick-up shoots are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Reshoot Fees & Client Responsibilities
Reshoots due to factors outside of 1 OAK Studios' control (e.g., property not ready, staging changes, missing details not previously requested) will incur an additional fee.
If a reshoot is needed due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge.
To ensure the best results, please review your content promptly and communicate any issues as soon as possible.
PROJECT TIMELINES & MARKET READINESS WAIVER
1 OAK Studios is committed to delivering high-quality content within the stated turnaround times. However, by engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
1 OAK Studios is not responsible for any delays in listing a property on the market due to content delivery timelines, revisions, or reschedules.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, as additional factors (such as revisions, client requests, or unforeseen circumstances) may impact final delivery.
It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule services with adequate time before their intended listing date to ensure all materials are ready when needed.
🚨 No refunds, discounts, or liability will be accepted for any losses related to delayed property listings. If expedited delivery is required, rush services may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP:
All copyrightable works, intellectual property, and creative content (“Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by 1 OAK Studios remain the exclusive property of 1 OAK Studios.
📌 Client Usage Rights
Clients are granted a license to use the content for the marketing and sale of the property or for purposes agreed upon in writing. Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or modification of the content without permission violates copyright laws and may result in legal action. If the content is to be for multiple uses or purposes please contact 1 OAK Studios for any approval os usage fees.
📢 1 OAK Studios’ Marketing Rights
1 OAK Studios reserves the right to use any created content for:
✅ Website, social media, and digital marketing
✅ Print materials and advertising
✅ Portfolio showcases and case studies
If the Owner or Client for privacy concerns wishes to restrict 1 OAK Studios' use of the content for marketing, a written request must be submitted before project completion. Approval of such restrictions is at 1 OAK Studios’ discretion.
🚨 Unauthorized use of photographs, videos, or any content is a copyright violation and will result in the termination of our agreement and may lead to legal action.
LIMITED LICENSING RELEASE:
1 OAK Studios provides a limited usage license for the content we produce, rather than selling exclusive rights. This ensures high-quality service at competitive pricing while maintaining control over our intellectual property.
🔹 License Terms & Usage
The Client is granted permission to use the delivered photos and videos exclusively for marketing the specific property listed in their agreement.
Content may be used on electronic and printed advertisements for the duration of the listing agreement only.
Builders, stagers, designers, or other third parties must contact 1 OAK Studios directly to obtain separate licensing and applicable fees.
🚫 Unauthorized Use & Restrictions
Photos and videos may not be resold, transferred, or given to another real estate agent or individual who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing unless approved by 1 OAK Studios.
Heavy alterations to images or videos are not permitted. Resizing is allowed, but modifications that affect quality or brand integrity are prohibited.
If multiple parties (builders, interior designers, brokers, architects, etc.) wish to use the content, 1 OAK Studios will establish a fair licensing fee structure for all parties involved.
📢 Credit & Copyright
All images and videos used for publicity must include the following credit:
"Photography or Video by 1 OAK Studios."The copyright to all images and videos legally remains with 1 OAK Studios. We reserve the right to use the content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Third-party use (e.g., magazines, blogs, digital publications, or design firms for self-promotion) is strictly prohibited unless approved by 1 OAK Studios and may be subject to additional fees.
📌 Important: Payment for the photoshoot and associated licensing fees must be made in full before the license is granted and files are delivered.
For licensing inquiries or additional usage requests, please contact 1 OAK Studios.
USAGE RIGHTS:
1 OAK Studios grants the Client a limited license to use the Work Product (photos, videos, and other media) for the promotion of the listing and personal marketing purposes. The Client may upload the content to:
✅ Social media
✅ Personal websites
✅ MLS listing services
✅ Portfolio use for lead generation and soliciting new business
However, this license does not transfer copyright, ownership, or any exclusive rights to the Client. Regardless of MLS terms and conditions, all intellectual property rights remain with 1 OAK Studios, in accordance with Copyright Act 17 U.S.C § 106.
Any third-party use or redistribution (e.g., magazines, design firms, or new listing agents) requires written permission from 1 OAK Studios and may be subject to licensing fees.
MEDIA RELEASE:
By engaging 1 OAK Studios, the Client waives any right to inspect, approve, or restrict how the Work Product is used for 1 OAK Studios' marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes—so long as it does not include the Client’s name, logo, likeness, or any identifiable persons or pets.
The Client acknowledges that no royalties or compensation will be owed for the approved use of images or media content.
This waiver applies to both current and future uses of the Work Product, whether known or unknown at the time of production.
PROPERTY OWNER APPROVAL & AUTHORIZED USE:
By engaging 1 OAK Studios ("Company") for photography, videography, virtual tours, or any other marketing services ("Content"), the Client represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions and approvals from the legal property owner(s) ("Owner") to capture, distribute, and use the Content for marketing the property.
📌 Client Acknowledgements & Responsibilities
The Content is exclusively authorized for marketing and selling the property unless otherwise agreed to in writing with 1 OAK Studios prior to service.
Any use of the Content beyond property marketing (such as business promotion, portfolio use, or third-party resale) requires written approval from the Owner and notification to 1 OAK Studios.
The Client is fully responsible for obtaining and securing all necessary permissions and must provide written proof of Owner approval upon request.
🔏 Privacy & Neighbor Considerations
1 OAK Studios makes every effort to respect the privacy of neighboring properties and individuals. All footage will be focused on the property being filmed, and we will do our best to avoid capturing non-related private areas.
📌 If a neighbor’s property is likely to be visible in the content, the Client may be required to obtain their permission before 1 OAK Studios proceeds with filming.
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & TECHNOLOGY USAGE:
Client acknowledges and agrees that 1 OAK Studios utilizes third-party technologies, including but not limited to Matterport, CubiCasa, AI-powered tools, and other digital platforms, for the creation and enhancement of visual content (“Content”).
By engaging 1 OAK Studios, the Client understands and accepts that:
Third-Party Use & Liability: Once Content is processed through these third-party technologies, 1 OAK Studios is not responsible for how these platforms store, distribute, or use the Content. Any terms of use, licensing, or data policies of these third-party providers apply independently, and Client agrees to review and accept their terms directly.
Client’s Use of Content: 1 OAK Studios is not liable for any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or consequences arising from the Client’s use of the Content, including but not limited to modifications, sublicensing, or sharing with additional third parties.
Public Display: Unless otherwise stated in written notice to 1 OAK Studios before project completion, the Client agrees that the Content may be publicly displayed, including but not limited to real estate listings, social media, and marketing materials.
PROPERTY DAMAGE WAIVER
1 OAK Studios takes every precaution to ensure a careful and professional approach when working on-site. However, by engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that 1 OAK Studios is not responsible for accidental property damage that may occur during the normal course of production, including but not limited to:
Pre-existing wear and tear – If an item (e.g., sliding door handle, cabinet hinge, light fixture, etc.) is fragile or already compromised, 1 OAK Studios cannot be held liable if it breaks during reasonable use.
Environmental factors – Items damaged due to wind, weather conditions, or other natural elements are not the responsibility of 1 OAK Studios.
Property elements requiring handling – If an object (e.g., pool equipment, furniture, or decor) is moved for a shoot and unexpectedly breaks, 1 OAK Studios cannot be held responsible unless gross negligence is proven.
📌 Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is in good working condition prior to our arrival.
If there are fragile, valuable, or easily damaged items, the Client must inform us in advance or secure them before the shoot.
By allowing 1 OAK Studios to proceed with production, the Client assumes the risk of incidental damage that may occur through standard handling of property features (e.g., opening doors, adjusting blinds, moving lightweight decor).
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
1 OAK Studios will not be held liable for accidental damage to property unless it is determined to be caused by gross negligence. In such cases, liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per occurrence.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGES:
The Client agrees to take full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of 1 OAK Studios' equipment while on the property.
📌 Liability Terms
1 OAK Studios is not responsible for equipment damage, loss, or theft caused by client negligence, misuse, or unsafe property conditions.
If damage, loss, or theft occurs due to client actions, the Client will be billed accordingly for repair or replacement costs.
Any damages or losses must be reported immediately to 1 OAK Studios.
The only exception to this policy is if damage, loss, or theft is a direct result of negligence by a 1 OAK Studios team member.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
Use of premises. By ordering services from 1 OAK Studios, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement for all productions and work associated with the project. These policies are designed to ensure a clear, professional, and protected working relationship while creating high-quality marketing content.
In consideration of the services provided and projects conducted at the designated premises, including any satellite locations or extensions of the property, the Client, on behalf of themselves, their business, broker, clients, heirs, representatives, or assignees, hereby:
Releases, waives, and discharges 1 OAK Studios, its trustees, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability related to personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), or property loss or damage arising from the use of or presence at the premises.
Agrees not to sue 1 OAK Studios for any claims, including those resulting from negligence, that may occur during or after the project.
Acknowledges that property preparation and safety are the Client’s responsibility and that 1 OAK Studios is not liable for hazardous conditions, unsecured property, or third-party interactions on-site.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS:
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1 OAK Studios, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
1️⃣ Failure to Obtain Property Owner Authorization – The Client is solely responsible for securing necessary approvals for capturing, distributing, and using content.
2️⃣ Unauthorized Use of Content – Any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or legal disputes resulting from how the Client, Property Owner, or third parties use the content.
3️⃣ Third-Party Software Platforms – Any claims related to Matterport, CubiCasa, AI tools, or other third-party platforms using the content beyond authorized marketing purposes.
4️⃣ Disputes, Legal Actions, or Damages – Any issues arising from the use, misuse, or unintended consequences of the content by any party.
🚨 This indemnification obligation survives the completion or termination of services provided by 1 OAK Studios.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms:
Shall first be resolved through mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida before any litigation is pursued.
If litigation becomes necessary, both parties agree that jurisdiction shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable. Any invalid provisions will be revised only as necessary to ensure enforceability.
The Client further agrees that this waiver and assumption of risk is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida law. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest shall continue in full legal force and effect.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
The Client acknowledges that production at the designated premises involves inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated, including but not limited to:
Property hazards (slippery floors, unstable structures, loose debris, etc.)
Environmental conditions (weather, outdoor terrain, wildlife, etc.)
Third-party interactions (homeowners, tenants, bystanders, pets, etc.)
By engaging 1 OAK Studios, the Client:
✅ Confirms they understand and accept all risks associated with the production.
✅ Asserts that their participation is voluntary and that they knowingly assume all such risks.
✅ Agrees that 1 OAK Studios is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from these risks.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING:
I have read the entirety of this Agreement, waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature or decision to proceed with 1 OAK Studios servicing or producing the Work Product to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
REVISIONS & UPDATES TO TERMS:
1 OAK Studios reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or upon direct communication to the Client. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
