Florida Mansions Built for Identical Twins Asking $54 Million

The homes sit on more than 11 acres in Southwest Ranches, an affluent town roughly 20 miles from Fort Lauderdale. They are owned by chiropractor Robert Lewin and his wife, Lisa Lewin. Mr. Lewin is best known for launching 1-800-411-PAIN, an attorney-referral service for victims of accidents.

Robert Lewin built one of the houses for himself, his wife and their four daughters, and the other for his identical twin brother, Harley Lewin, and his two sons.

From a production standpoint, we started early morning, scouted our shots, got things organized and got to work. It took a team of 3 photographers, 2 for photos and aerial photography, and 1 videographer to capture the lifestyle of this amazing compound.

It was actually pretty easy to capture. Natural light pours in both homes at different times of the day so it’s only of matter of being at the right place at the right time.

Our favorite set of photos have to be the early dusk shots. Both homes look very majestic, almost Disney like, as the interior light matches the outside dusk glow.

You are immediately wowed when you first enter the gates and step foot inside the palatial homes with their soaring ceilings. We knew instantly we were at a One Of A Kind property. Each home favors the country French style architecture, however the interiors are unique. One is more feminine and bright. with its neutral tones and oak details, whereas the other is more masculine with contrasting tones and metal hardware. At 1 OAK Studios we dont get wowed that often but this one definitely did it!

Fun fact, the twins always dreamed of sharing one big property. “Being twins, we’ve always been so close, so it didn’t feel right not living close to one another,” Robert Lewin said. “Of course, during Covid, having our families together on this beautiful property was a great benefit and made it much more manageable.” Talk about the best covid retreat!

For their next home, Robert Lewin said he and his brother are considering living under one roof. “The umbilical cord will be reconnected,” he said with a laugh.
