Christian Slater’s Coconut Grove Home Sells for 10% Above Ask

80’s Heartthrob Christian Slater bought his Mediterranean-style Villa in 2013 for $2.2 million and sold it just 9 years later for $4.3 million. Slater needed to relocate to New York and Los Angeles for work and was able to utilize the South Florida buying frenzy.

The property which is complete with a main house and guest house on 0.3 acres in Coconut Grove is complete with a beautiful pool and lush landscaping.
