Adrienne Arsht Estate Sells for Record $107 Million

Businesswoman and Philanthropist, Adrienne Arsht, sold her two-home compound in Coconut Grove for a record $107 million. Arsht, who is the former chairperson of TotalBank and patron of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, listed the home in February. This sale marks the first residential sale in Miami to surpass $100 million. Ashley Cusack of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty represented Arsht. Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group represented the buyer.

Ashley Cusack hired us to photograph this spectacular estate. We were thrilled as it was listed at $150million and would be our biggest real estate project to date. The property spans 4 acres of waterfront land and includes two homes dubbed Indian Spring and Villa Serena. Both homes cover a little over 25,000 square feet with 12 bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms. Capturing the project took several site visits on multiple days from sunrise to sunset. The project took 3 members of our crew to capture, one photographer and two videographers. The sunlight hits the property perfectly all day long. We could have taken only sunrise shots and it would still look stunning but the agent preferred us to take photos at sunrise and sunset to better encapsulate life at this historic compound!
