Majestic Elegance: The French Neoclassical Pinecrest Estate

As a team, 1OAK has had the pleasure of capturing many incredible properties over the years. But few compare to the French Neoclassical Pinecrest Estate, a sprawling residence that is an extravaganza of indoor/outdoor architectural artistry.

Unparalleled Interior Grandeur: Real Estate Photography Excellence

Nestled in total privacy amid lush pristine landscaping, the estate is a breathtaking sight to behold. Vast marble terraces and covered columned balconies surround the home, while a stunning ivy-covered courtyard with fountain divides the wings.

Upon entering the estate, guests are greeted by an immense foyer with a two-story ceiling, sky-high windows, a candelabra chandelier, creamy marble floors, and a winding statement staircase with wrought-iron rail and marble steps.

Every room in the estate is brightened by banks of windows and recessed and artistic lighting. Entertaining spaces include formal and casual dining rooms, as well as living and family rooms. The giant, dual-island kitchen is a chef’s dream, with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space.

The bedrooms feature wood floors and the master bathroom boasts a Roman tub and room-size closet. The estate also includes a generator and a three-car garage.

Photographic Journey: Videography and Content Creation in a Luxurious Haven

Photographing this stunning estate was a challenge, but also a joy. The property is so large and has so many unique features, it was important to capture all of its beauty and grandeur. We used a variety of techniques to create stunning images that showcase the estate’s unique architectural details, lush landscaping, and luxurious amenities.

One of our favorite images from the shoot is a wide-angle shot of the estate from the front. The photo captures the home’s impressive scale and grandiosity, as well as the lush landscaping that surrounds it. we also love the way the sunlight illuminates the home’s white exterior and the contrast between the green of the trees and the blue of the sky.

Another favorite image is a close-up of the estate’s ivy-covered courtyard. The photo captures the beauty of the ivy-covered walls, the fountain in the center of the courtyard, and the way the sunlight filters through the water in the pool.

It’s truly a unique and luxurious property.
